Pull up program Intermediate 1-5 reps

Nice work you’ve gotten yourself up to that first pull up but you need some help getting more. I got you. Try this program to increase those pull up gains.

Pull up program Advanced 5-10 reps

Ahright savage you want to start repping out these pull ups altogether! Then this program is for you. You’ll be starting at 5 reps and the sky’s the limit to your gains!

6 week Kettlebell program

This is a 6 week strength program. Simple, effective and to the point. 3x a week, 1x swinging day between 2x pressing and squating days. It will need your full attention and effort but the results will speak for themselves. You up for the challenge?

I love teaching people how to work with Kettlebells. So if you’ve any desire to master your own, I’d be more than happy to help guide you along the way. A 1-1 session before diving into the 6 week program, if needed, can be massively beneficial.
