DANIEL MCKENNA,
THE IRISH YANK.
The creator of the Irish Yank Society. Daniel is a Certified Personal Trainer who is dedicated to making you your best self. This Irish Athlete turned Personal Trainer is on a mission to help as many people as possible in NYC, and online throughout the world with his positive mindset and Let’s Fu*king Go attitude!
Daniel’s traveled to cities all across North America hosting these events. Strength Summits focus on kettlebell techniques, foundational strength, form coaching, group exercises, Q&A opportunities, mental health talks, and one on one coaching. They also include team building and social activities for the participants. The goal of these Summits is to impact as many lives as possible while building lasting relationships with participants.

Two 6-hour days which focus on learning the fundamentals of movement. Participants also learn the best tips and tricks I’ve gathered throughout my fitness career, as well as insights from some of the best coaches in the business, including Dr. Ryan Chow, Marty Gallagher, Derek Hanson and Coach Darius Gilbert to name a few.
We will be working with kettlebells to introduce you to the Irish Yank way of training.
