The Irish Yanks Strength Summits are Daniel’s signature in person strength workshops. He’s traveled to cities all across North America hosting these events. Summits focus on kettlebell techniques, foundational strength, form coaching, group exercises, Q&A opportunities, mental health talks, and one on one coaching. They also include team building and social activities for the participants.  The goal of the Summits is to impact as many lives as possible while building lasting relationships with participants. 

Strength Summits are two day workshops. Over the two days, participants master the Kettlebell and unlock strength and confidence through some simple yet effective foundational movements. Sign up below to be notified of future Strength Summit events.
